Greenaer ships via Fastway domestically and An Post internationally. Shipping within Ireland usually takes 48 hours. We will update you by email during periods of heavy demand, or if your product will take more time to arrive. At the latest product will be shipped within 7 working days.

Upon placing an order you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours. To track you order visit fastway,ie and insert your label number from the email in the search box.

Cost of shipping:

The cost to ship is calculated on checkout. 

All bicycles are shipped free of charge. 

All orders over €50 are shipped free within Ireland.

Returns:

Returns are accepted up to 15 days after original purchase date for unused products. In order to initiate a return, simply email info@greenaer.ie for instructions. We are able to refund the price you paid for the product, but not the shipping costs. Make sure the returned product is carefully packaged and please get a tracking number for all return items as we are not responsible for lost items coming back to our warehouse.
